Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> January 27, Zoo <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Eauity 1n 7Committee: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to remit correspondence to <br /> applicable legislators and state agencies in opposition to the Target <br /> Share proposal. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> member of the School Committee will be invited to attend the meeting <br /> on the 29hat the Lipper Cape Technical School with Selectmen <br /> representative John Cahalane and the Assistant Town Administrator James <br /> Marr. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Vater va s Commission—Request for Review and Mproval o Easement <br /> poppQnes et spit: <br /> .dames Hanks, Waterways Commission Chairman was present to request <br /> the Selectmen approve the agreement with Save Popponesset Bay, Inc. for <br /> an easement to allow public foot access along the beach. <br /> Approval would allow the deposit of dredging material and beach <br /> nourishment of the popponesset Spit. Maintenance dredging is anticipated <br /> to begin in early February. I <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Easement <br /> Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and Save Popponesset Bay, <br /> Inc. subject to Town Counsel's review and approval. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
