Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> May 5, 2003 <br /> Finance Committee—Town Meeting Warrant review; <br /> Retiree's Medical Insurance; (continued) <br /> The total appropriation as contained in th6 Medical Line Item includes the <br /> additional 25 premium, a total of 75% contributing to medical insurance <br /> premiums of employees retired from the service of the Town and their <br /> surviving spouses. <br /> It was notal that the Selectmen were advised by Town Counsel that the <br /> Town could legally over-budget the medical insurance line item because <br /> the Town is taking immediate action to rectify it at the Jure 2, 2003 <br /> Special Town sleeting. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Reveille to leave the total medical <br /> insurance appropriation riation in Medical Dine Item#87. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee did not change their position. <br /> Article 11; Charter Commission- 1000 <br /> Amended to: $6,000 to Legal Engineering Account <br /> Article to be amended on Town Meeting floor. <br /> Article#9: Water Pollution Abatement Trust <br /> % interest loans to communities to assist <br /> homeowners in complyijig with Title V. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to indefinitely postpone Article <br /> #9. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
