I <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> May 12, 2003 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Beach Sticker—Portable Passes: <br /> It was noted that the Board of Selectmen previously voted to change the <br /> Town of Mashpee beach sticker non-resident time share properties pass to <br /> that of a weekly pass at a cost of$ , and not offer a non-resident sticker. <br /> Correspondence was received from Christopher Burden;New Seabur <br /> Real Estate dated May . 2004 with respect to this regard. Mr. Burden has <br /> indicated that the new policy would create a hardship for tenants and for <br /> the rental office. He has requested the Selectmen defer their decision until <br /> Zoo an effort to inform the tuts in advance of the new policy <br /> change. <br /> It was also noted that the initial beach sticker price proposal was also <br /> contained as an l ert in the recent tax hill mailing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to rescind past action, and <br /> extend the portable beach sticker passes to December 31, 2003. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE; Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> The Selectmen agreed to further review the fee structure of all beach <br /> sticker passes for implementation on January 1, 2004. <br />
