Mashpee Police Department has come to two meetings this month with residents, <br /> arranged by Carol Mitchell. The most recent was Coffee with the Command Staff and <br /> was attended by approximately 10 residents from both Asher's Path and Homeyer <br /> Village. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> a) Management Agreements: Mrs. Botsford provided members with her 30 Day <br /> Assessment/Action plan that she provided to the Carver Board of Commissioners. They <br /> are very interested in continuing with the management agreement and Mrs. Botsford' s <br /> recommendations will be discussed at their next meeting. <br /> Mrs. Botsford has contacted a board member at Mattapoisett to let them Imow we are <br /> available to discuss the possibility of a management agreement if they want to consider <br /> that in the future, as the executive director there has retired. An email response was <br /> received indicating that they will reach out in a couple months after they figure out what <br /> they wish to do. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> a) Town's request for board to sign off on Social Media Policy: Mrs. Botsford stated that <br /> this was the correspondence she had distributed at the end of our last meeting. A motion <br /> was made by Kevin Shackett and seconded by Richard Halpern to have all board <br /> members sign the requested receipt. The motion was adopted. Mrs. Botsford will <br /> scan and email them to the town. <br /> 8. OTHER BUSINESS: none <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford provided the board with a <br /> thank you card from Carol Mitchell. No other correspondence that hasn't already been <br /> discussed. <br /> NEXT MEETING: The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday,November 14, 2017. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Jill Allen and seconded by Richard <br /> Halpern to adjourn.
