1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 9. 2003 NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Recommendation for Bid Ac cc Lance—John's Fond water Outlet & Fish <br /> Way—REBID: <br /> It was disclosed that seven bids were received for the John's Pond water <br /> Outlet and Fish way. l larineTech, Inc. of west Yarmouth was <br /> recommended for appointment. The Firm is the low bidder for the project <br /> and reports were deemed favorable. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters.to accept the low bid of <br /> 1 larineTech,Inc. in the amount of$54,600 for the John's Pond water <br /> Outlet and Fish way, <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cah lane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> Acceptance of Re si nation—Leisure Service AdvisoU Council: <br /> Selectman Taylor stepped down for the referenced agenda topic. <br /> Correspondence was received from Christopher Shute dated May 25, Zoo <br /> resigning from the Leisure Services Advisory Council. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to accept the resignation of <br /> Christopher Shute from the leisure Service Advisory Council with <br /> regret. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Mar tens* <br /> VO : Unanimous. -o. <br /> Selectman Taylor abstained. <br /> Utility Pole Approval: <br /> Petition#03-026 vas received from Verizon New England, Inc. to place <br /> one jointly owned pole on Quinaquisset Avenue to provide service to a <br /> new home.
