Paul Andrews seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-2 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Director Streebel presented a departmental update Re: State Owned Land, Solar <br /> Exemptions Mr. Streebel updated the Board with regards to the Board's State Owned Land <br /> appeal. The SOL appeal is moving forward with a mediation date of December Stn in Boston <br /> with opposing counsel. The change in solar assessment has changed significantly as now <br /> solar generation facilities are nearly all exempt as the result of recent court decisions. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Veteran's Exemption Application for Bob F. Barker— 747 Old Barnstable Rd. — Director <br /> Streebel advised the Board that the applicant did not qualify for exemption. <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to deny Veteran's Exemption Application for Bob F. <br /> Barker. Paul Andrews seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-2 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br /> - I - <br />
