Request for Abatement of Uncollectable Taxes from Tax Collector/Treasurer for 350 <br /> Main Street Fiscal Years 2003 thru 2015 — Owner: Town of Mashpee —The Director <br /> explained that the Collector/Treasurer has the authority to petition the BOA to abate <br /> uncollectible taxes if he determines that no reasonable means to collect exists. <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to grant the Tax Collector/Treasurer's request to abate <br /> uncollectable taxes for 350 Main Street Fiscal Years 2003 thru 2015 — Owner: <br /> Town of Mashpee. Paul Andrews seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-2 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br /> Application for Recreational Land Chapter 61 B -- Michael &Wendy Mirto: 31 Quashnet <br /> Road --The Director advised the Board that the applicant qualified for continued exemption <br /> under this Chapter. <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to approve the Application for Recreational Land Chapter <br /> 61B — Michael & Wendy Mirto: 31 Quashnet Road. Paul Andrews seconded the <br /> motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-2 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br /> Exemption Application for Recreational Land Cha ter 61 B — Avram J. Goldberg, Tr.: 168 <br /> S. Sandwich Road —The Director advised the Board that the applicant likely still qualified for <br /> exemption under the Chapter even given that the property was not open to the public. An <br /> opinion obtained from Mashpee's Dept. of Revenue,representative concurred with the <br /> Director's research. <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to approve the Application for Recreational Land Chapter <br /> fit B —Avram J. Goldberg, Tr.: 168 S. Sandwich Road with the property to be <br /> reviewed again next year after additional verification from the owner that they <br /> meet all qualifications.
