Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members Ronald Bonvie, Dom DeBarros, <br /> Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Norman J. Gould and Sharon <br /> Sangeleer were present. Board Member, William Blaisdell and Building Commissioner, <br /> Michael Mendoza were absent. <br /> Chairman Jonathan Furbush announced that the meeting was being televised live on <br /> Mashpee TV. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 66 Massasoit Avenue: Owners, Patrick M. and Sharon M. O'Connor request a Variance <br /> of the rear property line under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of <br /> a deck on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 72 Parcel 30, Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Continued from September 27, 2017. The applicants requested a further continuance <br /> until November 8, 2017). <br /> Board Member, Scott Goldstein read a letter dated October 23, 2017 from Attorney Kevin <br /> Kirrane into the record that he will be representing the homeowners of 66 Massasoit <br /> Avenue. Mr. Kirrane will be applying for a Written Finding, and is requesting a <br /> continuance for the Variance so that both applications can be heard at same time during <br /> the hearings dated Wednesday, December 13, 2017. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to accept the continuance request until December 13, 2017. <br /> Mr.Bonvie seconded, yes,Mr. Furbush, yes,Mr. DeBarros, yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes, and Mr. <br /> Gould,yes.
