Board of Selectrneh <br /> Minutes <br /> October 71, 200 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Acceptance of Resignations—Planning.hoard: (continued) <br /> Advertisement—Planning Board vacanc <br /> motion made by Selectman Cabalane to advertise to seely candidates <br /> for the Planning Board. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o, <br /> Recommendation.for meat—Affordable Housing Committee: <br /> Correspondence was received from Eric Smith; Assistant Town Planner <br /> dated September 23, 2003 recommending the appointment of Alice Lopez <br /> to the Affordable Housing Committee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to appoint Alice Lopez to the <br /> Affordable Housing Committee as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Execution of Agreement—Municipal Health Group: <br /> The Board of Selectmen reviewed the Cape Cod Municipal Health Group <br /> Agreement for Joint Negotiation and Purchase of Health Coverage. It was <br /> noted that the Agreement has been reviewed by Town Counsel to form. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to authorize the Town <br /> Administrator to execute the Cape Cod Municipal Health Group <br /> Agreement as referenced on behalf of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
