Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 3. 2003 <br /> NEW B SWESS: <br /> Recommendation for Appointment–Assistant Plumbinst Inspector: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Personnel AdminiPstrator dated <br /> October 24, 2003 recommending the appointment of Russell Robbins as <br /> Alternate/Assistant Plumbing mbing & Gas Inspector. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to appoint Russell Robbins as <br /> Alternate Assistant Plumbing& Gas Inspector as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. r <br /> Selectman 1larsters abstained. <br /> Recommendation for Appointment , –Lftw- _BuildM Commit e: <br /> In response to the vacancy notice, two candidates submitted a letter of <br /> interest to serve on the Library Building Committee, The building <br /> committee voted unanimously to recommend the appomtment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to appoint Jane Dolan and <br /> Steven Cook to the Mashpee Library Building Committee* <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman 1larsters. <br /> VOTE:E: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Reauest for Leave–Leisure Services Ike artmn : <br /> A memorandum dated October 3, 2003 was received from the Leisure <br /> Services Department, Program Supervisor in request of medical leave. <br /> Motion, made by Selectman 1larsters to approve the Maternity Leave <br /> of Heidi McLaughlin to run concurrent with Family Medical Leave as <br /> requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green, <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o, <br /> Selectman Taylor abstained. <br />
