Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 3, 2003 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br /> Dedication to BQys..&-Girls Club—Celtics Jerse <br /> The Board of Selectmen presented a framed Celtics Jersey to the Boys <br /> Girls Club. ,Accepting the gift on behalf of the Cape Cod organization <br /> were Judy Fitzgerald and Ruth Provost. The jersey will be hung in the <br /> Boys& Girls Club until the summer of 2004 auction. Proceeds for the <br /> jersey will benefit club activities. The Board of Selectmen recently <br /> proclaimed October I, 2003 as Boston Celtics Day in the Town of <br /> Mashpee. <br /> COMMUNICATION Al D CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Daniel N. Turcotte & Associates, P.C.: <br /> Correspondence was received from the law offices of Daniel N. Turcotte <br /> dated October 10, 2003 relative to a recent policy statement issued by the <br /> Registrar of Motor vehicles (RMV) pertaining to Class 1, Class 2, and <br /> Mass 3 dealers. The bill introduced to the House contains specific <br /> language intended to prohibit the sale of second hand motor vehiclep arts <br /> by any unlicensed person. <br /> The letter was reviewed for informational purposes and taken under <br /> advisement at this time. <br /> Ma-shp a Rotary Discussion, <br /> .� <br /> The Board of Selectmen made note of a recent public discilssion with <br /> several developers to review conceptual plans and proposals to reduce <br /> traffic at the Mashpee Rotary. Representatives from Southcape village, <br /> Mashpee Commons and Mashpee Place identified options to improve <br /> motor vehi <br />
