MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 8,2017 <br /> Mr. Mendoza made a suggestion to the Board that as Iong as the applicant has addressed <br /> the issues, and the DPW Director has not sent any further concerns he believes that the <br /> Board can make a decision. He has no further concerns. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve 628 Main Street for P.A. Lander's request to the <br /> modification to an existing Special Permit (SP-87-08-084) to address the creation of a <br /> driveway/roadway on property located at 628 Main Street, for the purpose of allowing <br /> vehicle traffic from 608 Main Street to access Main Street (Rte. 130) through the 628 Main <br /> Street property, (Map 13 Parcel 47), Mashpee, MA. Referencing a plan dated 11/7 2017, <br /> Proposed Driveway Improvements, Scale: 1" = 50', 628 Main Street, Mashpee, MA. Also <br /> adding the changes consisting of a sign that states "PA. Landers employees only", and that <br /> the retaining wall be lowered, and either a yield or stop sign to caution the vehicles at the <br /> top of the ramp. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded, yes, Mr. Blaisdell yes, Mr. DeBarros, yes, and Mr. Furbush, yes. All <br /> were in favor. Ms. Sangeleer abstained. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Gould made a motion to approve the October 25, 2017 meeting minus. Mr. Blaisdell <br /> seconded, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Ms. Sangeleer, yes, and Mr. DeBarros, yes. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> Mr. DeBarros made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes.
