Unanimous. <br /> Paul Robillard–yes Edward Larkin–yes Andrew McManus - yes <br /> Deborah Dami - yes Margaret Santos–yes <br /> Continued Review of Bylaws imRacting the Building Department <br /> Mike Mendoza and the Committee discussed Mike's proposed bylaw changes as follows. <br /> For ease of reference,the bylaw page number is,noted. <br /> 174-31—Land Use Requirement Table Footnotes (Page 58). <br /> Mike recommends removing the wording"or easement twenty (20)feet or more in <br /> width" from this bylaw and he suggests that the Bylaw Review Committee refer this <br /> suggested change to the Planning Board, ZBA, and DPW to get their input on the <br /> recommendation. Also, Mike suggested the Committee also check with the Tax Assessor <br /> as to possible impact if land owner is getting a tax abatement. <br /> 174-25.F(2)—Table of Use Regulations(Page 33). <br /> Add SP (Special Permit)under Industrial category to allow sale or rental of autos in an <br /> Industrial zone. Right now, auto repairs can be done in industrial zone, but not sale or <br /> rental of autos. <br /> 174-24.B 1 Ex lanation of symbols used in Table of Use Re ulations (Page 17). <br /> Mike proposed deleting the wording referencing the (300) feet designation and replacing <br /> with"any portion of which property directly touches the property in question." Mike's <br /> reasoning is that the 300 feet requirement is addressed if the project is going to the ZBA <br /> or to the Planning Board. <br />
