Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Boat Abatement Application for Paul McLatch Sr. — 84R Merrimac St Woburn <br /> Director Streebel recommended denial of the application as the applicant did not meet the <br /> criteria for abatement. <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to deny the Boat Abatement Application for Paul McLatchy Sr. <br /> Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes. <br /> Update on changes to Senior Work Off Abatement program adopted by Selectmen <br /> Director Streebel updated the Board on the changes to the Senior Work-Off Abatement <br /> program as adopted by the Board of Selectmen. Director Streebel noted that participants will <br /> now be required to meet the income guidelines for Fuel Assistance, how the participants may <br /> now earn up to $750 per fiscal year and that the tax credit process will originate in the <br /> Accounting, Human Resources and Tax Offices and that a journal entry in MUNIS will record <br /> and process the abatements. <br /> Cha terland Applications for Fiscal Year 2018 for Recreational and Farm Land: <br /> - 1 - <br />
