This is the final <br /> lease payment fully funded through the Recreation Department Revolving Fund. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Richardson to approve the final lease payment for the Recreation <br /> Van in the amount of$9,919.07 with funding to derive from the Recreation Department <br /> Revolving Fund. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Gasior. <br /> VpTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Collins,yes Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mrs. Thayer,yes <br /> Mr.Richardson,yes Mr. Gasior,yes Opposed,none <br /> Feasibility Study: <br /> In fiscal year 2020,the sum of$25,000 is requested to fund a Feasibility Study for the <br /> construction and development of a Recreation/Community Center for the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Ms. Bradbury indicated that a true community center is envisioned, not just a recreation center. <br /> The project has been in the que of the CIP program for a number of years. <br /> With the permission of the CIP Committee and realizing there are budgetary constraints Ms. <br /> Bradbury requested to create a needs assessment committee, and engage the services of a <br /> professional vendor to perform the study. The feasibility study would be fully funded by the <br /> Recreation Department Revolving Fund. <br /> Results of the study would allow the Recreation Department to move forward to determine if the <br /> project is viable and sustainable. It is anticipated the needs assessment would cost less than <br /> $25,000,possibly$10,000. <br />
