Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, March 7, 2017 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Michael Mendoza , Building Commissioner <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> John Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Scott Carline, Police Chief <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Also Present: Clayson Nicholson, GIS Coordinator <br /> Audience: Sam Houghton – Mashpee Enterprise <br /> Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m. <br /> 81 Market Street <br /> Representative –Thomas Feronti <br /> Architect-- Imai Keller Moore <br /> Requests a 7,578 square foot mixed use building with <br /> Commercial space on the ground floor and two floors <br /> Of apartments <br /> Tom Feronti appeared on behalf of Mashpee Commons and JWTPhase 1A, LLC. Tom Feronti said <br /> he is here for another proposed building that is part of their residential comprehensive permit. He <br /> said it is identified as Building 46 on the Site Plan and is shown at the corner of Market Street and <br /> Jobs Fishing Road. <br /> • Multi-story building—ground floor (Floor 1) is commercial space with ability to divide the space <br /> into two tenants. <br /> • 2 upper floors will have a total of 6 apartments—Floor 2 to have 2-2 bedroom and 1-1 <br /> bedroom; and Floor 3 to have 2-2 bedroom and 1-1 bedroom apartments. <br /> • One of the 1-bedroom apartments will be deemed "affordable" under 40B regulations. <br /> • The current plan is for the building to be all white. <br /> • If ground floor divided into 2 spaces, then one entry door off of Market Street will be marked as <br /> commercial (101), and entry off of Jobs Fishing Road will be commercial (102). <br /> • Floor 2 will have their own direct entries—labeled (201)-off back parking; (202) and (203)-off <br /> Jobs Fishing Road. Floor 3 has one exterior door that serves all of those units (301, 302, 303). <br /> • Tom Feronti said they met with the Fire Department to decide how to assign numbers to the <br /> doors. <br /> • Sprinkler Room door will also have an official address. <br /> • The Knox Box will be in the Sprinkler Room. <br /> • Not going to be a modular building. <br />
