Dumpster will be a compactor—totally enclosed unit. <br /> Reconfiguration of Joy Street <br /> Joy Street is currently one-way going from Commercial to South Street with 16 angle parking spaces. <br /> Joy Street will be narrowed, but the travel aisle will still be 14 feet wide. <br /> There will be parallel, rather than angle, parking and the spaces will be reduced by 5 spaces along <br /> Joy Street. Will be putting in vertical curbing. <br /> Traffic direction on Joy Street is to be reversed. Matt Eddy said overall handicap parking <br /> exceeds ADA requirements. Mark said handicap parking spaces are right across from Home Good <br /> entrance. Mike said they are not indicated on this Plan. Matt said they are indicated on a Plan and <br /> he would be happy to sit down to point out the spaces. <br /> Mike advised this project falls under controlled construction. He said forms are available both on-line <br /> or in the Building Department office. <br /> Mike questioned dormers shown on some of the Plans. Jeffrey Gorran said there is no intention for <br /> any of the dormers to be accessed. He said they are decorative only—just add-on to roof itself. <br /> Tom Fudala said the Town Manager and Planning Board may be unhappy to hear bricks were <br /> disappearing. Matt said sidewalks would remain brick pavers but materials on building due to cost <br /> factors. <br /> Tom asked if Joy Street parallel parking could be on right-hand side.
