TREASURER'S REPORT <br /> Director Waterman distributed the budget report for the month of June and briefly <br /> reviewed the end of the fiscal year numbers. <br /> Motion: Irving Goldberg moved to accept the Treasurer's Report, seconded by <br /> David Egel. Vote unanimous 8-0 <br /> OUTREACH COORDINATOR'S REPORT <br /> The Outreach Coordinator distributed her report for the month of June. The Outreach <br /> Coordinator highlighted the number of home visits, office appointments,transportation <br /> issues, health issues, housing issues, hoarding issues, referrals to SHINE and telephone <br /> calls. The Coordinator also met with the domestic violence officer from the Mashpee <br /> Police department. She noted there were 28 participants in the Brown Bag Program with <br /> 5 volunteers. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator meets monthly with volunteers. 5 Mashpee residents turned <br /> 90+and received flowers. She met with one new match made for Friendly Visitors and <br /> continues to meet with the volunteers on a regular basis. The Outreach Coordinator <br /> reviewed the meetings she attended. <br /> Motion: Irving Goldberg moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator's Report, <br /> seconded by Norah McCormick, Vote unanimous 8-0 <br /> VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR REPORT <br /> Director Waterman distributed the volunteer coordinator report for June and noted the <br /> Breakfast//Brunch buffet to recognize the volunteers was a success. She reported the <br /> volunteer of the year was Chang Joo Lee for his work over many years and Gerry <br /> Gohring was the Rookie Volunteer for her work with the Mashpee Council on Aging <br /> Singing Seniors. She reported they have posted on the walls at the Center collages of <br /> volunteers. <br /> Motion: Irving Goldberg moved to accept the Volunteer Coordinator Report, <br /> seconded by Jack Jordan. Vote unanimous 8-0 <br /> ACTIVITY COORDINATOR REPORT <br /> The Director distributed the Activity Coordinator Report for June and thanked Christine <br /> Foisy for her service. She highlighted several programs: Matter of Balance, Movie <br /> Musings Discussion Group, Coffee with the Mashpee Police Command Staff, Kelly's <br /> Dancing Divas and the Gadgets and PC Clinic. <br />
