Resource Area: Land Under Ocean, Coastal Bank <br /> Mark Burtis, Little River Boat Yard, represented the applicant. He described the project <br /> is to rebuild damaged and rotten bulkhead wall on Little River Frontage of property in the <br /> same footprint and reset the seasonal dock in place on existing pilings in the same <br /> footprint. The Agent noted the area on the photos and stated this is a maintenance <br /> upgrade to the existing structure with no expansion of the footprint. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Shaw moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Anderson. <br /> Vote unanimous 6-0 <br /> 6:09 Paul and Kristen C. Hanlon, Trustees, 83 Clover Lane. Proposed Amendment <br /> to Order of Conditions DEP#43-2827 with revised landscape plan. <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone to Coastal Bank, LSCSF <br /> Tom Bunker, BSS Design, represented the applicants. He explained this is a request to <br /> Amend the Order of Conditions to approve the landscaping plan. The Agent said he has <br /> been out to the site a few times. He noted the property in photos and said right now <br /> there are various invasives and that is the area where beach plum and bayberry will be <br /> planted and just above the coastal bank is where the beach grassis going. He made <br /> the applicants aware of the series of white posts along the beach which is the property <br /> line of Popponesset Association. <br /> No comments <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to approve the Amended Order of Condition, seconded <br /> by Mr. Anderson. Vote 6-0 <br /> 6:12 Ellen J. Harris, Trustee, 41 Greenwood Road. Demolitioniconstruction of <br /> single family dwelling. <br /> Resource Area: <br /> Tom Bunker, BSS Design, represented the applicants. He explained the proposed <br /> project is to raze and rebuild an existing two bedroom house. He said fill has been <br /> placed around the house to'raise the grade above the flood zone which has been <br /> approved by FEMA to remove the house from the flood zone. The proposed septic <br /> system is in the flood zone and is not within 100` of any vegetated wetland. The Board <br /> of Health has approved a conventional Title V leaching facility for a two bedroom home. <br /> No comments from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Shaw moved a negative determination, seconded by Mr. McKay. Vote <br /> unanimous. 6-0 <br /> 6:15 Carl F. Cavossa, Jr. and Kristen Cavossa, 345 Monomoscoy Road. <br /> Proposed construction of a new vinyl sheeting bulkhead and plantings. <br /> 3 <br />
