Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, August 2, 2016 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Committee Members Present: Jonathan Furbush, Joseph Cummings, and <br /> Michael Mendoza. <br /> Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. <br /> 61 Echo Road <br /> Driscoll Cape 1969 LLC — request to build <br /> Electric Company's warehouse (4,500 sq. ft.) <br /> With front offices (1,500 sq. ft.) and second story <br /> storage area (approx...1,440 sq. ft.) <br /> Representative— Daniel W. Chamberlain, Esq. <br /> Attorney Daniel Chamberlain introduced Raul Lizardi-Rivera (engineer); Brendan <br /> Driscoll (owner of Driscoll Electric); and Katie Hallahan (Controller, Driscoll <br /> Electric). Mr. Chamberlain said the project is as presented, but they have <br /> additional information on lighting fixtures to be mounted on the building, as well <br /> as color scheme information. <br /> • He said the lighting is to light the parking lot and area surrounding the <br /> building, but no light to spread elsewhere. <br /> • He provided color scheme for the building, as well as a color chart. He <br /> said they've selected ash gray for the building and cobalt blue for the trim. <br /> • Raul Rivera stated there are no dry wells. He said roof run-off going to <br /> various drainage basins on the site and will stay on the property. He <br /> showed 3 locations on the Plan for the run-off from roof, parking, etc. <br /> • Septic area---all grass area. <br /> • Parking required: 10 spaces they have 15. <br /> • Company vehicles most likely to be parked outside...they are white vans. <br /> • 1,500 sq. ft. in bay area to be leased out to contractor storage. <br />
