That the cupola is not to be illuminated; <br /> 2. That on the side of the building with the new windows the trees are to <br /> remain there for screening purposes; and <br /> 3. If the Applicant wants to go with a metal roof, Design Review leaves it up <br /> to the Historical Commission to do final approval regarding a metal roof. <br /> Joseph Cummings seconded the motion; and the motion was passed by Design <br /> Review. <br /> Adjournment._._.
