OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Housing Compliance Update: 394 Cotuit Road. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that Veronica Warden, Assistant Health Agent, and Jack Phelan, Deputy Fire <br /> Chief, inspected the property located at 394 Cotult Road. Mr. Harrington stated that the Fire Department was <br /> pleased with the outcome. <br /> Erika Woods of the Cape Cod Hoarding Task Force met with Glen Harrington and Veronica Warden to discuss <br /> Vickie McFarland-Richter's progress. Ms. Woods is looking for a completion date; however, Ms. Woods and <br /> Mr. Harrington have a difference of opinion in the definition of cleanliness and the organization of piles. <br /> Ms. Woods is scheduled to appear before the Board of Health on August 4, 2016, for a general presentation of <br /> Ms. McFarland-Richter's progress. Vickie McFarland-Richter is scheduled to attend the August 18, 2016, <br /> Board of Health meeting. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> None. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> 1. Meeting Update— Mashpee Cares Committee Meeting: Glen Harrington. <br /> Glen Harrington remarked that the Mashpee Cares Committee has not scheduled a meeting. <br /> 2. Castleberry Fair & Festival: Temporary Food Event. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that he wanted to make the Board of Health aware of the Castleberry Fair and <br /> Festival Temporary Food Event that will be held on August 6 and 7, 2016, on the Library Green. <br /> NEXT MEETING <br /> The next meeting of the Board of Health is scheduled for Thursday, August 4, 2016, at 7:00 PM. As there was <br /> no further business, Lucy Burton made a motion to adjourn the Public Session Meeting of the Board of Health <br /> at 7:53 PM. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion.
