Minutes of Meeting of �G <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, .lune 7, 2016 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Michael Mendoza, Building Commissioner <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Scott Carline, Police Chief <br /> Rodney Collins, Town Manaqer <br /> John Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Audience: Sam Houghton – Mashpee Enterprise <br /> Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. <br /> North Street, Mashpee Commons <br /> Temporary Structure for Kit and Ace <br /> Retail Shop –June 15 to September 15 <br /> Representative- John Renz <br /> Tom Feronti and John Renz of Mashpee Commons appeared. Tom Feronti said they are here to <br /> seek approval for a temporary structure to be located within Mashpee Commons and called Kit and <br /> Ace, a high-end clothing retailer. Tom Feronti said in the interest of finding locations for permanent <br /> locations, they are putting in these pop-up stores. This pop-up store is a 20X30 shipping container <br /> that will be dropped at the site and will be here for a few months. If approved, it will arrive June 15, <br /> be here at least until August 2, but if successful will stay through Labor Day, which is why Mashpee <br /> Commons is requesting timeframe through September 15. <br /> Kit and Ace container location would be on grassy area north of Maiden Voyage, which is located at 4 <br /> Market Street right across the street from Starbucks. The grassy area is large enough to handle the <br /> container without impacting sidewalks or parking spaces. Mike Mendoza asked what the green area <br /> is designated as. Tom Feronti said it is landscape area in parking lot. <br /> Container only needs 120 Volt outlet power; they have LED lighting fixtures inside the container. <br /> They will plug into outlet in the tree pit. Jack Phelan questioned whether outlet on ground to be used. <br /> Tom Feronti responded "no", they are only using power outlet from tree pit. <br /> Tom met with Fire Department, who had some concerns—namely, localized smoke detectors, fire <br /> extinquishers, exit signs. <br />
