Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, August 2, 2016 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Michael Mendoza, Building Commissioner <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Rodney Collins, Town Manager <br /> John Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Scott Carline, Police Chief <br /> Audience: Sam Houghton -- Mashpee Enterprise <br /> Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m. <br /> 61 Echo Road <br /> Driscoll Cape 1969 LLC – request to build <br /> Electric Company's warehouse (4,500 sq. ft.) <br /> With front offices (1,500 sq. ft.) and second story <br /> storage area (approx...1,440 sq. ft.) <br /> Representative – Daniel W. Chamberlain Esg. <br /> Attorney Daniel Chamberlain introduced Raul Lizardi-Rivera (engineer); Brendan Driscoll (owner of <br /> Driscoll Electric); and Katie Hallahan (Controller, Driscoll Electric). Mr. Chamberlain provided a <br /> couple of supplements—namely additional lighting fixtures list and building color scheme and color <br /> chart. <br /> • Building siding will be gray, with cobalt blue trim. <br /> • Proposing wall-mounted lighting units on the building to light up property area but not spill onto <br /> other neighboring properties. <br /> • Electric company warehouse, about 3,000 square feet; front offices on street side. Back 1,500 <br /> square feet to rent to contractor storage tenant. <br /> • 3-4 work vans to be parked in parking lot. <br /> • Electric company storing lighting fixtures and equipment they will be using on jobs. <br /> • No hazardous materials stored on site. <br /> • Fire alarm system in the building will be monitored. <br /> • No sprinkler system. <br /> • They have closed-circuit TV security. <br /> • Lawn seeding at septic. <br /> • Dumpster at end of drive is enclosed. <br />
