Applicant responded general contractor is <br /> in process of working details out and report will be submitted to Fire Department. <br /> Also, Knox Box access is required. <br /> Jack Phelan said they show 18' clearance at back end; Fire Department needs 20 feet for truck <br /> access. Raul said they could extend to make 22 feet. <br /> Mike Mendoza asked whether any vehicles would be stored inside. Applicant said maybe one or two <br /> if loaded with material for next job. Mike said they would then need MDC trap. They said they are <br /> planning on that already. <br /> Mike asked about snow removal. Raul said there is a proposed fence around site and that is where <br /> they will place the snow outside of parking area. Owner Brendan Driscoll said they are going to do <br /> own plowing with own truck. <br /> Catherine Laurent asked about deliveries to site--any large trucks; street deliveries? Response: All <br /> deliveries on site; no street deliveries. <br /> Tom Fudala asked if drainage retention basins are grass. Response: Yes, except for storm traps. <br /> Tom noted 4" of top soil indicated in retention areas and asked whether 6" could be used. Raul said <br /> they will do 6". <br /> Tom Fudala said Zoning by-law states for parking areas Cape Cod berm not allowed. Owner <br /> Brendan Driscoll said he looked at adjacent properties and they have Cape Cod berm. Tom said it's <br /> up to ZBA since it's their by-law. Raul added they kept curbing along entrance of driveway. <br /> Glen Harrington advised the Plan has to go to the Board of Health for Site Plan approval and Septic <br /> approval. <br /> Need details for tight tank. Raul said they will be doing tank inside tank. Glen said they will need a <br /> Plumbing Permit for the tack tank and they have additional requirements and must stay in touch as <br /> tank installation proceeds. Glen said in past we found water testing was not done as far as water <br /> tightness so we must be sure engineers are following-up. <br /> CONCLUSION: Tom Fudala motioned to approve subject to conforming to parking requirements; <br /> and to having 6" of loam in retention areas; lighting to stay on the property; and having 20' wide <br /> driveway in the back for Fire Department access.
