Gregg Fraser seconded the ,notion. Gregg Fraser seconded the -notion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING ACTIVITY REPORT T - Jason Streebel <br /> 1. Pilot Program - Breezy Acres. <br /> Jason Btre bel reported on discussions yesterday with Breezy Acres for at new pilot program, <br /> n 1 -unit facility located off Old Barnstable Road beyond the Mashpee High School. Breezy <br /> Acres currently has a pilot program at this location. The new pilot agreement is proposing . <br /> another 18-bedroom facility for affordable housing located on the same property. Building will <br /> probably start in May, 2012. The tax rate divided by 2 plus 100 times the number of bedrooms <br /> will be the starting point, with an elevator 2% per year, similar to what was done at Asher's Path. <br /> . Study of Building Tables <br />' Jason Str a el is in the process of acquiring a Senior from the Senior Tart Work Off program, to <br /> do a study on our building tables to ensure that they are correct. Bill Williams, a retired <br /> statistician/mathematician, and former member of the Mashpee Finance Committee, is <br /> interested in the position. <br />' . Abatement n Applications Received <br /> Jason Strebel reported receipt of 36 abatement applications to date: 2 personal property, and <br /> 34 real estate. This is down from last year, ar measure of the fact that the real estate market has <br /> been flat. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a ,notion that the Board adjourn the Public Session and rove into <br /> Executive Session, to return to Public Session: in order to comply with the MGL Chapter 59, <br />
