Gregg Fraser made a motion that the Board adjourn the Public Session and more into <br /> Executive Session, to return to Public Session, in order to comply with the MGL Chapter 59, <br /> Section ,'to discuss possible exemption/abatement applications, the contents of which are not <br /> public record. Paul Andrew seconded the motion. <br /> Roll Call e: Gregg Fraser, yes; Paul Andrews, yes. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> + The Public Session was adjourned at 5:57 PM. . <br /> The Public Session reconvened at 6:15 PIIS. <br /> Pawl Andrews made a motion t deny the Motor Vehicle Abatement Application from Robert S. <br /> arum, 10 N e h obe load. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was unaMnimously <br /> approved. . <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion to approve the 317 Personal Exemption Applications fisted on <br /> Report#30: -One Liner Exemption Report for FY 2012', beginning with the name Aguilar, Frani <br /> ,J., and ending with the name Zuwallack, Rebecca a A. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The <br /> motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion to approve the following two Real Estate Abatement Applications: . <br /> David & Laurel Proto, 17-A Riverview wr Av nue <br /> Olga Penney, 38 Timberlane Drive <br /> Gregg Fraser seconded the motion.
