Erickson and the <br /> Town of Mwshnee: (continued) <br /> It is advantageous the Town would not have to assume the maintenance on this property and there may <br /> be increased value in providing the Town egress into Town land. The agreement also removes the <br /> Town's liability for any paving. <br /> In the best interest of the Town, Selectman O"Nara recommended the Town pursue a curb cut off Great <br /> Neck Road for emergency access. It was noted this matter would be required to go before the Planning <br /> Board and currently,this is a time sensitive issue. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Consent Agreement between Robert <br /> Reisner and Patricia Erickson,owners of Lot 106 to improve the access right of way over <br /> Mashpee property,Lot 105 by paving the right of way at their expense. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed, none <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Review and a ecution of Order for Betterment Assessment and Certification of Betterment <br /> Assessment Saddleback Road: <br /> The Board of Selectmen reviewed the Order for Betterment Assessment for construction improvements <br /> to Saddleback Road. Acting under Article 28 of the May 2015 Town Meeting Warrant,the <br /> betterments to be assessed are $85,746.91, a cost to be borne by each property owner in the amount of <br /> $2,956.79 as of January 1,2016. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve and confirm the certification of the betterment <br /> assessment to Saddleback Road,Mashpee as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed, none <br />
