If the Town were to seek an <br /> override in May, it may be problematic to complete the project in 2017. October would secure the <br /> funding before the project is officially endorsed by the MSBA board. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to support the first phase,to accept the invitation from <br /> MSBA into the Accelerated Repair Program by conducting a schematic design study at the <br /> Quashnet Elementary School for a potential window/door replacement project. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed,none <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommended to further review this matter in approximately one month. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Approval and execution of Consent A Bement between Robert Reisner/Patricia J. Erickson and the <br /> Town of Mashuee: <br /> Tom Fudala,the Town Planner was in attendance to review the proposed Consent Agreement between <br /> the Town and Robert Reisner and Patricia Erickson,owners of Lot 106 as shown on Land Court Plan <br /> 32194-C, known as 40 North Way,Mashpee. <br /> Mr. Fudala indicated the subdivision was approved by the Town in 1993 with a 20' easement. The <br /> occupant has also produced a legal easement document dated 12-29-99 which specifies a 20' wide <br /> easement leading from North Way. The layout of the continuation of the driveway easement into Lot <br /> 105 (Town owned)shall be designed so as to blend into the existing paved driveway. <br /> Mr. Reisner previously indicated he intends to blend his driveway from the cul de sac to his garage <br /> into what is existing. All expenses and improvements would be paid for by Mr. Reisner and Ms. <br /> Erickson. The Town shall not be responsible for maintenance costs. <br />
