DEP has scheduled an <br /> onsite meeting at the property. Following the meeting, DEP will issue a superseding <br /> Order of Conditions either to uphold the Commissioners' decision to approve the project, <br /> which was a tear down/rebuild of a single family home, implement a Superseding Order <br /> of Conditions (which may require some additional changes to the project) or denial of the <br /> project if in their opinion it didn't meet the performance standards.
