Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee ' <br /> Held Tuesday, August 15, 2017 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Michael Mendoza , Building Commissioner <br /> Thomas Rullo, Fire Chief <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Andrew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Veronica Warden, Assistant Health Agent <br /> Wayne Taylor, Assistant Town Manager <br /> Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 9:06 a.m. <br /> Audience: Tom and Lynn Wilson <br /> Robert Lalime <br /> Kathleen Pierce <br /> Project Address: 593 Main Street <br /> Business name: Hanlon Landscapes LLC <br /> Proposed Use: To run a small landscape operation (the <br /> Main purpose to park equipment) <br /> Representative: Steve Hanlon <br /> Steve Hanlon appeared. Paul Tragiannopoulos (current property owner) was also present. Mr. <br /> Hanlon said he presently lives at Main Street and has been a Mashpee resident for 25 years. He <br /> presently keeps his landscape equipment at Echo Road. He showed photos of his equipment stored <br /> to show how clean he keeps the property. He said he stores new equipment—no junk. Mr. Hanlon <br /> stated: <br /> • He gets compliments on his employees. <br /> • No selling and no storing on the property. <br /> • Employees are in at 7 a.m. and trucks gone by 7:15 a.m. They're back between 4-6 p.m. <br /> They park and leave. All they would be doing is parking equipment during the night. <br /> Everything is clean washed before going out the door. <br /> • Mr. Hanlon is looking to do this as facilitation toward retirement. Presently rent is <br /> $2,500/month at Echo, so he could incorporate that into a mortgage. <br /> • Mike Mendoza asked if he would be living at the house. Mr. Hanlon responded "yes", he <br /> would make an effort to rent his house and move over to that house. <br /> • Total vehicles: 4 or 5 truck. He said 2 pick-up trucks go home with managers and the Envoy <br /> goes home with him at night. <br /> • Biggest truck is a one Ton. 2-landscape enclosed trailers, small skid and excavators are <br /> always on the job site. <br />
