Pro*ect Address: 593 Main Street (continued) <br /> f -- <br /> CONCLUSION (continued) <br /> • All grass clippings, leaves, debris, etc. will be taken off-site. <br /> • Limit number of vehicles to 8 associated with the home occupation. <br /> • First building, remove exhaust fans; second building, leave fans in but remove motors in fans <br /> at minimum and to be inspected by the Building Department, the Fire Department, and the <br /> Board of Health prior to change in ownership. <br /> Wayne Taylor seconded the motion. <br /> Amended Motion: Michael Mendoza motioned to amend the motion to add the condition that the <br /> conditions are not transferable. <br /> Thomas Rullo seconded the amended motion. <br /> Vote: 6-yes. Unanimous. <br /> Rall Call Vote: <br /> Andrew McManus, yes. Michael Mendoza, yes <br /> Catherine Laurent, yes Thomas Rullo, yes <br /> Veronica Warden, yes Wayne Taylor, yes <br /> During the listing of the conditions, Mr. Lalime became emotional and yelled his displeasure with the <br /> past 5 years they went through and that he wants all those fans down. Mike ordered him to sit down <br /> and stop yelling. Mr. Hanlon said the motors could be taken out of the fans built into the structure and <br /> offered to let the neighbors inspect them. <br /> Mike Mendoza apologized for getting loud and explained to Mr. Lalime that he and others do not <br /> know what goes on behind the scenes. Mike said the Town has been involved in more ways than <br /> they know. Mike said you don't know how many time the Board of Health; Fire Department and <br /> others were at that location. Mike said anytime anybody had a question, we did the best we could <br /> under the law. Mr. Lalime said he understands the Town's hands were tied and they were sorry the <br /> Town had to go out there hundreds of times, but that is the system we have. <br /> Mr. Lalime apologized to the Board for his attitude. He thanked the Board for their time. <br /> Adjournment... <br /> Catherine Laurent motioned the meeting be adjourned; Andrew McManua seconded the motion; and <br /> it was unanimously passed.
