Frayre, Dawg in the Road <br />Requests a mobile concession location at 6 Bowdoin Road (Botello Lumber) <br />Mr. Frayre said he recently retired after 35 years and always wanted to open a hot <br />dog stand. He said he believes there's a need in the Town of Mashpee for workers <br />in the area to be able to get an affordable healthy meal and eat in a timely manner <br />without spending a lot of money. He said Botello's Lumber offered him the <br />opportunity to put his section trailer in their yard four days a week operating <br />Monday through Thursday, between the hours 11:00 am and 3:00 pm_ <br />He said his trailer was custom built in Florida which was inspected by Glen <br />Harrington and passed all the Board of Health requirements. He said he does not <br />have an open flame. He said he has an inverter generator that operates with propane <br />gas, and he has a steamer, and everything is self-contained. He will be serving hot <br />dogs, sausages, pastrami sandwiches, potato chips, portable ice cream, and soft <br />drinks. He said the trailer will be parked in three parking spaces at the corner of the <br />parking lot where Bowdoin Road goes down". <br />Mr. Mendoza said that the abutters where notified and the office received the <br />certified green cards back in the mail. <br />Police Chief, Scott Carline asked Mr. Frayre if he thinks that there will be a traffic <br />flow issue. <br />Mr. Frayre said that he believes there is adequate parking, and after monitoring the <br />How he did not see any lack of parking, and at this time of year it doesn't seem to <br />be an issue, and he believes it will be even less of an issue during the fall and winter, <br />
