Minutes of Meeting of Mashpee Plan Review Committee Tuesday, July 11, 2017 Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room Mr. Rodney Collins, Town Manager said his concerns would be if there is a sandwich board sign located on Rt. 28. He will have Town staff pick that up, if a sign is placed on a public way or a right of way without permission it will be removed. Also a sign cannot be attached to private property. He said he is also concerned about the traffic flow onto Rt. 28. Mr. Frayre said he will only have an American Flag, and that he is a Veteran and is sponsored by the VFW in Onset, MA where a portion of the proceeds go the VFW. Mr. Collins said; "thank you for your service". There were no more comments from the Board. Mr. Mendoza asked the Board for a motion. Mr. Collins made a motion to approve, Mr. Harrington seconded. Mr. Harrington said this motion is approved with the conditions that there is no signage on Rt. 28, and that the parking lot be notably monitored. Also conditioned upon a propane permit to be obtained from the Fire Department. Mr. Collins moved to amend the motion. The motion passed for the mobile food truck at Botello Lumber with Tom Fudala abstaining. The meeting adjourned at 9:16 am.
