<br />Mr. Furbush read the Conservation comments into the record.
<br />Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve the minor modification for 67 Monahansett Road
<br />of the Written Finding (Finding -2016-34). Minor modifications were made to the site plan
<br />and house plans.
<br />1. The Board approved the revised plans and considered this a minor modification
<br />without the need to go through a formal hearings process.
