MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 12, 2017
Mr. Goldstein said that once a building permit is issued you have six (6) months to start
construction.
Mr. Bonvie thought that this issue should not be the responsibility of the Board and should
be up to the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
Mr. Teague said that the variance was strictly regarding dimensional components and lot
size, there was never a structure involved. The Variance had changed from 15,000 sq. ft.
to 40,000 sq. ft. The variance was given for the right to pursue a building permit.
Mr. Mendoza said that there were two questions regarding this issue; one is that the
building was changed, and two whether the variance had expired or not. Mr. Mendoza said
he does not have an issue regarding the variance. The Board agreed and does not have an
issue with the decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer regarding the changes on this
application.
Approve March 8,2017 Meetine Minutes
Mr. Pittsley made a motion to approve the meeting minutes, Mr. Goldstein seconded, yes
Mr. Furbush yes, Mr. Blaisdell yes, and Mr. Gould yes. Mr. Bonvie abstained.
Mr. Mendoza gave the Board the Cluster Zoning documentation.
Mr. Gould made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Bonvie seconded. All were in favor and
adjourned at 7:35 pm.
Respectfully submitted;
Mary Ann Romero
Administrative Secretary
Zoning Board of Appeals
7
