MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />JULY 12, 2017 <br />Conditioned on all Town department comments read into the record to become part <br />of the Special Permit. <br />6. Conditioned that the Special Permit be specifically referenced and become part of <br />the condominium documents including the Town department comments. <br />7. Conditioned that the Special Permit will specifically be referenced in the <br />condominium documents at the time of submittal for a building permit. <br />8. Prior to the request of an occupancy permit by the applicant, the applicant will <br />prove to the Zoning Enforcement Officer that the prior mentioned condominium <br />documents have been recorded at the registry of deeds. <br />9. Contingent upon final approval by the Board of Health and their stipulations that <br />were read into the record, and that their comments are included as an Attachment <br />to the Special Permit Decision. <br />10. Conditioned that the condominium draft documents are referenced as Exhibits to <br />the Special Permit Decision. <br />Mr. Goldstein seconded, yes. Mr. Blaisdell yes, Mr. hurbush yes, Mr. DeBarros yes. All <br />were in favor of the boat storage facility. <br />The Board had a discussion about having a member of the Zoning Board to be included on <br />the Plan Review Committee for future applications. Mike Mendoza said he would have a <br />conversation with the members and discuss this request. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />-6 Kanter Lane —Board to determine if second floor addition is a substantial change and <br />requires an application for a minor modification. <br />Mr. David Liimatainen, owner of Eagle's Nest Builders, LLC represented the application <br />and is currently working on the project at 6 Kanter Lane. He said there is an existing second <br />floor addition that already exists, and is supported by three columns and sono tubes. The <br />proposal is to enclose around the sono tubes, and will not increase the foot print or expand <br />it. The project was approved back in 1995. He spoke to the Conservation Agent and he has <br />no problem enclosing the space. <br />Mr. Furbush read the Conservation Department comments into the record that were <br />received on July 12, 2017. <br />The Board had a conversation about the original application back in 1995 and wanted to <br />make sure that the abutters were notified. The Board does not believe it is a zoning issue <br />but simply a building issue because he is not building beyond the existing structure. <br />10 <br />
