MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
MEETING MINUTES
JULY 121, 2017
Mr. McCracken approached the Board and said he envision that there will be some minor
work will take place, but does not envision major work. His intent for this facility is to be
a very secure, high quality facility for people that have an opportunity to store their boats
inside while they own a boat. The people who store their boats outside will have a secure
area. He anticipates that the majority of any work will be at a marina, but there might be
some who polish their boats but not anything major. He believes there will be
approximately thirty (30) boats stored. Mr. McCracken said there will be daily site visits
to the property for inspection purposes to make sure that everything is operating properly,
that the condition of the bathrooms are appropriate, and that the property is maintained for
snow plowing, cleaning, and trash removal. There will not be on-site management but there
will be daily site visits. There will also be a key card for access.
Mr. Goldstein read the list of comments from the Board of Health that were provided to
Mr. Eddy into the record.
There were no more comments from the Board or audience.
