Chairman, <br />Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ronald Bonvie, Dom DeBarros, Scott <br />Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Norman J. Gould were present. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br />162 Whippoorwill Circle: Owners, Stewart M. and Barbara A. Dobson request a Written Finding <br />under § 174-17 and § 174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of an attached two car <br />garage and dining room extension on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 125 Parcel <br />140, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from August 9, 2017 hearings). <br />162 Whippoorwill Circle: Owners, Stewart M. and Barbara A. Dobson request a Variance of the <br />side yard, front yard, and lot coverage under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for <br />construction of an attached two car garage and dining room extension on property located in an R- <br />3 Zoning District, Map 125 Parcel 140, Mashpee, MA. (ContinuedfromArigust 9, 2017hearings). <br />Geoffrey Bright returned with a revised plan as requested by the Board but the distance from the <br />left sideline depicted 11.5 ft. and not 14 ft. as the Board had mentioned to him at the previous <br />meeting. <br />Chairman 1~ urbush pointed out that the revised plan is showing an encroachment on the Lot 29, and <br />has to protect the neighbors and bylaws of the Town. <br />The Board had a conversation with the applicant and gave him some suggestions on better use of <br />the square footage on the lot. <br />Mr. Bright requested a withdrawal of the Variance and Written Finding applications. <br />Board Member Mr. Bonvie made a motion to accept the withdrawal of the Written Finding <br />application of 162 Whippoorwill Circle. Hughes, Trustees request a Written Finding <br />under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single-family dwelling on property <br />located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Map 112 Parcel 44), Mashpee, MA. <br />
