<br />Mr. Bonvie made the Board aware that the Zoning Board should not rely on the Conservation
<br />Agent's approvals of projects concerning zoning.
<br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion to approve the Written Finding based on the following conditions;
<br />1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a WRITTEN
