<br />The Board also commented they have not received DPW comments, and may not receive
<br />comments unless the projects are situated on Town owned roads.
<br />Mr. Mark Toomey, homeowner asked the Board if the second floor was approved as a
<br />bedroom. Mr. Bonvie re -read the Board of Health comments into the record. Mr. Bunker
<br />will confirm with the Board of Health and will issue a revised plan. .
<br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding with the following conditions;
<br />1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written
<br />Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6.

<br />The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance under
<br />Mass General Law 40A Section. 10.
<br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Variance to Ellen J. Harris, 41 Greenwood Road,
<br />Mashpee, MA. From the rear yard setback which is required to be 15 ft., and is shown as
<br />11.9 ft. The amount of the Variance requested is 3.1 feet from the rear yard setback. Also,
<br />all conditions, comments, and plans read into the record are the same as for the Written
<br />Finding.
<br />Mr. Gould seconded. All were in favor of this raze and replace project.
