BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br />MINUTES THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2016 <br />WAQUOIT MEETING ROOM <br />Approved 3-0 on 411.4116 <br />Board Members Present: Also Present: <br />Tom Fudala, Chairman Rick York, Shellfish Constable <br />Tom Burns <br />Joseph Lyons <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Tom Fudala called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES —November 19, 2015 <br />Hold until next meeting <br />Approval of Minutes of October 8, 2015 <br />Motion: Tom Burns moved to add the approval of the October 8, 2015 minutes to <br />the agenda, seconded by Joseph Lyons. Roll Call Vote: Mr. Lyons, yes; Mr. Burns, <br />yes; Mr. Fudala, yes. Vote unanimous 3-0 <br />Motion: Mr. Burns moved to approve the October S, 2015 minutes, seconded by <br />Mr. Lyons. Vote unanimous 3-0 <br />Status of Final Plan <br />Status of DRI Review <br />The Chair noted there was nothing new and the next meeting will be on May 20 at the <br />Cape Cod Commission. This will give Selectman Gottlieb time to put together an <br />intermunicipal agreement, a watershed based permit for Popponesset Bay and he is <br />looking for GHD to do some work on that project under contract to the Selectmen. <br />Status of other Tasks: <br />Approval of Contract for Mashpee Commons/Wampanoag Village Sewer Connections <br />Study. <br />Chairman Fudala announced the contract has been reviewed and approved and signed by <br />town counsel. <br />Motion: Mr. Lyons moved to endorse and sign the contract with the Town of <br />Mashpee by its Sewer Commission and GHD for services for the Existing WWTF <br />
