Roll Call Vote: Lyons, yes; Pittsley, yes; Fudala, yes. The motion <br />was approved by a vote of (4-0-2) with Gurnee and Santos absent. <br />Approval of minutes of the meeting held on March 17, 2016 was continued to the next meeting. <br />STATUS OF FINAL PLAN <br />GHD New Contract Progress to Date: <br />Tom Fudala reviewed the GHD progress report: <br />• A kickoff meeting was held with a Mashpee Commons representative on April 5, 2016 <br />• A kickoff meeting is scheduled with members of the Wampanoag Tribe on April 27, 2016 <br />• Data collection and analysis has been initiated for Priority Requests as well as Additional <br />Requests (see attached memo) <br />MOUs With Private WWTP Owners <br />Two Selectmen's contracts with GHD went into effect: one for $8,000 to compare the 3 methods of <br />allocating Popponesset Bay nitrogen loads between Mashpee, Sandwich and Barnstable used in our <br />CWMP, in the CCC`s 208 Plan and in the DEP Pilot project and to developed 2 possible percent <br />distributions between the 3 towns that could be used as a starting point for a watershed based permit. <br />The other contract was for $15,000 to cover time spent for any extra Sewer Commission meetings or <br />meetings or other time spent on the development of the watershed based permit, IMAs with the other <br />towns or MOUs with private WWTP owners. <br />REPORT FROM SHELLFISH COMMISSIONER — IMPLEMENTATION UPDATE <br />Shellfish Commissioner Rick York reported that the Conservation Commission has approved the <br />following permits: the oyster bed restoration and the rebuilding of the dock at Little River. <br />
