GHD new contract progress to date: • A kickoff meeting has been held with a representative of Mashpee Commons ( April 5, 2016) • A Kickoff meeting is currently being scheduled with members of the Wampanoag Tribe (April 27, 2016) • Data collection and analysis has been initiated: a. Priority Requests: • Collection system drawings — Mashpee Commons. (Priority Item) • GWDP for Mashpee Commons (new with MBR). (Received) • Confirm that the Wampanoag Permit has not changed (we have the 2011 Permit which expires in July 2016). (Received updated Permit) • WWTF Drawing — both facilities. (Received Wampanoag, Need Mashpee Commons) • Operational data for last five years for both facilities (presume Mashpee Commons has data, but Wampanoag has none). Need to confirm Mashpee Commons date of startup of new MBR. (Received Mashpee Commons operational data, need startup date of MBR — determined that effluent data would only be for since WWTF was updated) • O&M manuals for both facilities. (have requested) b. Additional Requests: • Copies of the hydrogeological reports (for the groundwater discharge facilities) developed for both facilities. (requested) • Operations cost data for last five years including chemicals, sludge disposal, operations, maintenance, repair, and other annual costs associated with operation of their wastewater treatment and collection systems and whether they have a contract operator. (requested) • One year of electric bills for both WWTF (requested) • One year of fuel bills (gas, diesel, natural gas, propane). (requested) • Number of users for both facilities. (requested) • Revised Planning Document for Mashpee Commons. (requested) • Planning Document for Wampanoag Facility. (will discuss at kickoff meeting) • Copy of sludge disposal contract or name of sludge hauler for both facilities if available.(MC sludge is handled through contract operations, Wampanoag is not in operation) • Past reports evaluating their systems or facilities.
