<br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 14,
<br /> 2015, at :oo p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road
<br /> d
<br /> North. Board Members Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, Jaynes Relffarth,
<br /> Associate Member Scott Goldstein were present. Board members Ronald Bonvie and
<br /> Richard Jodi a, and Associate Member Dong 1 e arros were absent.
<br /> Mr. Furbush announced the meeting was being televised live on local Mashpee television.
<br /> 55 Santuit Lane: Greg Bush, homeowner, formally requested a continuance until
<br /> February 11, 2015 hearings. Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to accept Greg Bush's request
<br /> for a written Finding to raze and replace his single-family dwelling. Mr. Furbush,
<br /> seconded, yes, Mr. F eiffarth, yes, and Mr. Goldstein, yes and Mr. Blaisdell, yes. All were
<br /> in favor. (This was continued from December 10, 2014 to finalize plans with the Board of
<br /> Health).
<br /> opp ness t Island Road:: Tim Santos,P.E.,of Holmes and McGrath, Inc. representing
<br /> the petitioner's request for a Special Pen-nit to construct two additions, filed a formal
<br /> request to continue until the hearings dated January 28, 2015. Mr. Blaisdell made a motion
<br /> to accept the continuance, yes, Mr. Furbush, seconded yes, Mr. Rei f fr b, yes, and Mr.
<br /> Goldstein, yes. All were in favor.
<br /> .23 Mizzenmast: Steve Cool, of Cotuit Bay Design, representing the petitioner's request
<br /> for a Written Finding to allow for construction of a screened porch, filed a formal request
<br /> to Continue until the hearings dated January 28, 2015. Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to
<br /> accept the continuance, yes, Mr. Furbush seconded yes, Mr. l eiffarth, }res, Mr. Goldstein,
<br /> yes. All were in favor.
<br /> .50 Spoondrift Way: Attorney, Karin Kirr ne, representing the petitioner, to address the
<br /> Building Department's concern about the plans of the proposed wooden decking around
<br /> the pool, filed a formal request to continue until the hearings dated January 2 , 2015. The
<br /> Board will vote to determine if a minor or major modification. Mr. Blaisdell made a motion
<br /> to accept the continuance, yes, Mr. Furbush seconded, yes, Mr. Reiffarth, yes, and Mr.
<br /> Goldstein, yes. All were in favor.
<br /> Mashpee Commons ns LP: To update the Board of the required 40B foundations completed
<br /> in November, 2014.
