x <br /> MASH-PEE ZONING BOARD of APPEALS <br /> JANUARY 141, 2015 <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> Mr. Johui C xinell and Mr. Torn F ronti, representing Mashpee Commons, provided the <br /> Board with a photo of the two foundations and 4 , completed within the guidelines <br /> of the Comprehensive Permit. Mr. Connell stated the next step is to present this same <br /> information to Mass Housing by February 9, 2015, and is a four month"turn-around"from <br /> them to approve the engineering, monitoring, and financing. Mr. Connell is hoping that by <br /> spring this will be finalized and the modular companies will be ready, <br /> Mr. Furbush asked if work can continue on the mads and infrastructure. Toni F er nti stated <br /> they will continue'ad vanc ing the completion of M arket Street. .He stated he is worki. with <br /> the plans submitted to the utility companies, i.e. NSTAR, and phone and cable. He <br /> mentioned them is one outstanding plan with National Grid due to the natural gas <br /> moratorium for the lower Cape and is unclear if this will be available. He supplied all of <br /> the civil engineering and building designs with natural gas, and is working on contingency <br /> plans in ease they learn they will not have natural gas and need to find another energy <br /> source to power the buildings. The road and curbing will be advancing but have to wait <br /> until the final letter of approval from Mass Housing to construct the buildings. 'There is <br /> natural gas pressure issues from the Town of Dennis and fast, no more new natural gas <br /> services unti12019. They are in a position that they can modify their designs and looking <br /> into other sources, but waiting for direction from consultants. <br /> Mr. F eiffarth stated that there is some drainage issues in front ofthe credit union building. <br /> There's sand and gravel- running into the drive way from Jobs Fishing and Rte. 28, and <br /> there's a large ditch on the side of the road that's leaving sand, flirt and gravel. Mr. Feronti <br /> will look into this issue. <br /> Article XVI §174- Discuss implementing the Zoning Bylaw provisions of G.L. c. 44, <br /> §63A relative to retention of consultants. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell stated that Torn Counsel drafted this bylaw and will need to be submitted to <br /> the Selectmen by February 9, 2015. The Board wants to know the next step and confirm <br /> with Town Counsel, This can be discussed at their meeting with Town Counsel on January <br /> 21, 2015, <br /> Mr. Furbush made )-notion to approve December 10, 2014 meeting minutes, yes, Mr. <br /> Blaisdell seconded, yes, Mr. r eiffarth, y s, and Mr. Goldstein, yes.
