A.resident of Mahpee is defined as a household with o .e.or more <br /> members vho are: <br /> a. currently residing in the Town of M sbpee; <br /> b. person(s) currently employed by the Town of Mahpee(municipal <br /> government) or the Mahpee School system or any business located in the <br /> ' Town; and/or + <br /> c. families living out of Town whose children attend school in the Town. <br /> (iv) And certain other qualifying characteristics related to assets and other <br /> limitations as described in detail in the Local Initiative Program Guidelines. <br /> Now, T REFORE,THE PARTMS AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. with the execution of this Land Disposition.Agreement,ement,the Town hereby waives all <br /> Town regulatory fees. <br />
