A Petition for a Comprehensive Permit under M.G. L. Chapter 40B was filed <br /> with the Town Clerk and received by the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> (the Board)on January 15,201 (the Petition). The Petitioner seeks to construct <br /> three-bedroom, single-family hone and an 8x10 foot shed on the Property. <br /> The Petitioner is seeping relief from the Zoning By-laws: §174-9, 174-23, <br /> §174-2 , and §1 -31. Also seeping relief from the General Bir-lags: §150-3, <br /> I <br /> §3.01 and §3.02. <br /> 2. Notice was duly given to abutters. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mshpee, on Januar} 23, 2015 and January 30, 2015, a copy of which i <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> 3. The Board's hearing on the 'Petition was opened on February 11, 2015. After <br /> deliberation, the Board also closed the hearing on February 11 2015. The <br /> following members of the Board were present and acting throughout: Board <br /> Members, William A. Blaisdell, Ronald Bon ie, James Reiffarth, Richard <br /> Jo l a., Associate Members, Scott Goldstein and Dora DeBarros. <br /> . During the public hearing, the Petition was represented by the following <br /> individuals: Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod, Inc., Attorney warren Brodie, <br /> Don Bracken,l en,ofBracken Engineering Inc.,Walter Abbott,Affordable Housing <br /> Committee, and Arden Cadrin, the Housing Coordinator for the Town of <br /> Barnstable, and a Member of Habitat's Land Acquisition Committee. <br /> 1 <br />
