117 Industrial Drive (informal meeting) (continued)
Committee Comments (continued)
Mike Mendoza
• Addressed Industrial Drive issues... Applicant said they see their entrance coming off Industrial
Drive to be better than anything there. Mike Mendoza the applicant has to make sure that their
product does not spill out onto Industrial Drive as it leaves the site, thus causing a mess on the
road. They will prevent this from happening.
• Site in pre -compact and post -compact archeological sensitive area,
* Different code requirements for storage in mezzanine level.
Catherine Laurent
• Asked about curb or berm at entrance at Industrial Drive. They will do.
Glen Harrington
• Showing primary and the reserve to be installed at time of construction, which is a
requirement.
• Since doing repairs, have to have through the Plumbing Department a floor drain and industrial
tight tank and do repairs inside the building.
• 4 bays at repair is 600 gallons/day and denitrification is required. If you do 3 bays would not
require denitrification.
• Must attend Board of Health meeting for site Septic Plan approval and Board of Health
commercial requirements.
• Storm drainage to be reviewed and to be shown on Site Plan.
• Show dumpster and recycling dumpster on Plan.
Jonathan Furbush
• Asked if they would be grinding stumps or anything like that for the brush pile. They
responded "no", they send to All -Cape.
Tom Fudula
• This is a much -improved Plan.
• Be able to handle storm water—to be shown on Plan.
• Bio -retention for front also.
• Might want to consider fence in rear. Berm can help that.
• Need handicap parking space.
• Screener—If it makes noise, move away from abutter's side.
• Parking has to be paved.
• Roof goes into storm water.
• Charlie Rowley, Town Engineer Consultant.
5
