Tom Fudala said specified number of parking <br />spaces set but if Planning Board feels reduced spaces is adequate they can reduce the number of <br />spaces. <br />Mike Mendoza said his concern is CCC ruling. Joseph Cummings stated he is concerned CCC ruling <br />says no outdoor storage at this facility. <br />Catherine Laurent said her recommendation is for Planning Board to take no action on the Special <br />Permit modification until more information is provided; whether modification by CCG approval is <br />required; and separate parking analysis for that second building going to be constructed. <br />Mike Mendoza asked the committee: Do we have enough information to vote? All voted "no", except <br />Tom Fudala who said "yes, for this modification request". <br />Motion: Joyce Mason motioned Committee doesn't have enough information to make <br />recommendation and have these concerns: <br />• Don't block fire connectors; don't block fire alarm panel room; don't block doors. <br />• Need 24' Fire Department access all around for setting up tower truck. <br />• Do line parallel to building to mark limit of parking. <br />• Need measurement of lane width on West side of Bldg. 2. <br />• Need written letter from CCC that they have no issue with outdoor storage of boats and RV's <br />at this facility. <br />• When Bldg. 2 is built, parking will have to be provided per Zoning, which may reduce RV/Boat <br />storage. <br />• Planning Board will require new building elevation and floor plans for Bldg. 2. <br />Catherine Laurent seconded this motion; and it was unanimously passed by Plan Review and Design <br />Review members. <br />John Phelan exited the meeting at 10:10 a.m. <br />Seventeen Cape Drive LLC <br />17 Cape Drive <br />Request to construct a 26'X16' Shed <br />Representative — Keith Shaw <br />Keith Shaw said they are looking to put a storage shed on the property. They are construction <br />management company and currently renting off-site storage for equipment. The shed would be for <br />equipment storage ----tools; ladders; etc. He said fuel for generator goes in separate cabinet per <br />OSHA regulations. Mike Mendoza said not clear whether use he's proposing is allowed. No <br />provision, so Mr. Shaw going to ZBA. Mike said Section K gives authority to ZBA. Tom Fudala, said <br />decision should be applicant -specific that is enforceable by Building Department. Catherine Laurent. <br />asked: Can it be conditioned strictly to current owner? Bill Blaisdell said "yes" ZBA can write <br />decision that way. <br />
